Yesterday, a new call for proposals to support integration of third-country nationals and legal migration was published under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
The call – titled “Transnational actions for integration of third-country nationals in the EU member states and supporting legal migration” – aims to support legal migration and ensure common measures towards third countries nationals, by framing a policy based on solidarity between Member States.
The general AMIF call includes five specific topics of great interest for diaconal organisations:

- Support to victims of trafficking in human beings;
- Care for migrant minors, including unaccompanied minors;
