The European Commission a new call for proposal under the International Partnerships programme.
This call for proposals aims at enhancing the capacity and resilience of Armenian civil society organisations to be effective, trusted, sustainable and accountable independent actors that contribute to raising awareness, deepening democracy and supporting the citizens and groups they serve in expressing their needs, identifying solutions to challenges while empowering them to take own actions to improve their situation including those that pertains to active civic engagement, promotion of human rights, access to justice and monitoring the police reform.
The specific objective of this call is to engage and empower communities and CSOs in Armenia by:
- LOT 1: Capacity building of Armenian Civil Society
- LOT 2: Civil society voice on and monitoring of justice and police reforms in Armen
The total budget is 2,760,000 EUR. Indicative allocation of funds by lot: Lot 1 – 2,000,000 EUR; Lot 2 – 760,000 EUR. The co-financing rate from the EU grant may not exceed 90 % of the total eligible costs of the action.
This is a restricted call for proposal. It means that there are two steps in the project submission: the first step consists of the submission of a Concept Note; if your Concept Note is selected, you will proceed to the second step. The second step entails the submission of the project Full Application. The deadline for submission of Concept Notes is the 14th of April 2021.
