Many of our members work in sectors and on issues related to healthy ageing and long-term care. Therefore, Eurodiaconia has established a network for our members to engage in policy discussions related to ageing and care for older people, and to share experiences and best practice in care for older people. The expertise and perspectives we gain through this network is used to inform our advocacy work in Brussels. Due to the situation of demographic change in Europe, Eurodiaconia focusses in particular on services for older people. To learn more about healthy ageing and elderly care work in Eurodiaconia, please contact our Policy and Membership Development Officer Kewan Mildred at kewan.mildred@eurodiaconia.org.
