The promotion of quality, accessible, affordable and adequate long-term care for all EU citizens calls for a joint commitment from all actors who advocate for this goal. For this reason, Eurodiaconia has gathered a coalition of organisations working in the field of long-term care to discuss the best ways to achieve positive policy change in this area, with special emphasis on the progress towards more integrated care.
The resulting messages, shared by Eurodiaconia, AGE Platform Europe, Alzheimer Europe, EASPD, EFSI, EPR, Eurocarers, Inclusion Europe and Pour la Solidarité, are aimed to encourage EU institutions and Member States to achieving these goals.
