Ladies and Gentlemen,
we cordially invite you to attend our Conference on „Sustainable Diaconia in Europe – ecological, social, refinanced!“ on 11 – 12 May 2023 in Berlin. In the current situation, it is becoming increasingly clear: sustainable management means crisis prevention, ensuring the security of services supply and is a prerequisite for future success.
We are therefore particularly pleased to be able to discuss those topics with EU Commissioner Nicolas Schmit and other prominent guests. We will discuss what the European Green Deal means for diaconal organizations. How will we have to consider and manage ecological and social sustainability together? In specialist forums, we take a closer look at how we can make progress on the topics of refinancing, sustainability reporting, a social-ecological restart, as well as nutrition and catering. Best practice examples from Germany and other EU countries will complete the programme.
