From 12-14 April, our Armenian member Armenian Round Table held a workshop for young refugees from Syria and Iraq within the framework “Better Future for Syrian-Armenian Youth” project.

The four-day meeting, organised in cooperation with Aleppo NGO, was aimed at improving their mediation skills, gaining gender needs assessment tools, and increasing their knowledge on the SDGs.

During the workshop, the 24 participants were actively involved in interactive presentations, and in moderating plenary and group work sessions. The workshop was led by Ms. Eva Engelhardt-Went, Brot für die Welt Gender Focused Moderator/Trainer and Ms. Anahit Hayrapetyan, UNHCR External Relations Associate in Armenia.
