The Psychiatric Hospital Centre Lisbon together with the organisation ‘Santé Mentale et Exclusion Sociale’ are looking for project partners for an Erasmus+ project on cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices in the field of homelessness. The project aims to improve services for homeless people suffering from mental illness by facilitating exchange of knowledge and experiences of social workers and by highlighting innovative approaches. The application will be handed in according to the 31st of March deadline, and SMES shall be contacted before the 15th of March in case of interest.
