Over the last year, our Italian member Diaconia Valdese (Waldensian Diaconia) developed a capacity building project called: “Change! ¡Cambia! – Management and training tools for international volunteering.”
The project lasted from October 2016 to November 2017 and was aimed at improving the volunteer sector to promote social inclusion. Over the year, the participants had the chance to analyse project management and training best practices in the field of volunteering to improve their professionalism in the light of a future career.
