COE-Logo-QuadriSocial inclusion of young people has been for several years among the key areas of concern for both the European Union and the Council of Europe. The EU-CoE Youth Partnership aims at systematising and broadening the knowledge base about existing obstacles for young people in situations of disadvantage around Europe and to support policy and practice with concrete examples of practice showing how obstacles have been overcome in specific contexts.

That is why the EU-CoE youth partnership launched a Call for experts for drafting analytical papers on barriers to social inclusion for young people in vulnerable situations. The deadline for applications: Wednesday, 28th May 2014, midnight. The papers (in the working draft format) should be submitted by Monday, 11th August 2014.
