The Marginalisation and Exclusion (M&E) network meeting took place in March 2017 and focused on investing in children, breaking the cycle of poverty. The aim of the meeting was to facilitate members exchanges on supporting children and families at risk and identify policies and practices contributing to child well-being through a better access to quality and affordable services, adequate resources and better participation for children. It included two study visits: one to the Refugee Mission of the Reformed Church of Hungary and the other one to the foster parents’ network of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hungary.
