The report of Eurodiaconia’s latest meeting of its Healthy Ageing and Long-Term Care network is now available online.
From 5-6 October, over fifteen representatives of member organisations gathered in Torre Pellice (Italy) to discuss long-term care issues faced in care practice, with a particular focus on integrated care. The event was co-organised by our Italian member Diaconia Valdese (Waldensian Diaconia).
