Early this week, our partner the European Federation of National Organisations Working with the Homeless (FEANTSA) launched its 2018 Awards to acknowledge innovative projects tackling homelessness.

The 2018 FEANTSA Ending Homelessness Awards follow the success of last year’s inaugural edition, when the three winners had successfully developed projects funded through the European Social Fund. The 2018 Awards will select innovative projects financed through the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD) in order to showcase how the FEAD is being used to fight homelessness across Europe, as well as to provide inspiration for other worthy projects.

The Awards are also part of FEANTSA’s campaign “Be Fair Europe – Stand up for Homeless People” to promote the investment of EU funds in ending homelessness.

The deadline to apply is Friday the 14th of September 2018. The awards ceremony will take place on the 6th of November 2018 in Brussels, following the meeting of the FEAD Network.
