Last March, our Czech member Slezská Diakonie, along with our members Diakonie ECCB, Evanjelicka Diakonia ECAV na Slovensku, Diaconal Center of Reformed Christian Church in Slovakia, Reformed Church in Hungary and Diakonia Polska, started a new project funded by the International Visegrad Fund called “Quality People, Quality Services.

The project is aimed at sharing good practices and innovative approaches in the area of branding, public relations and communications with the public, political representatives, donors, and other stakeholders to identify dimensions of attractiveness in employer branding. The idea is to find new ways to get quality and motivated workers into the social sector and to support their professional and personal development through innovative activities.

The project will be developed during the upcoming Visegrad Platform, which will take place in Český Těšín, from 15-17 May 2019. A report of the project is expected to be released after the meeting.

The Visegrad Fund is an international donor organization, established in 2000 by the governments of the Visegrad Group countries—Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia to promote regional cooperation in the Visegrad region (V4) as well as between the V4 region and other countries, especially in the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership regions.
