The European Roma and Travellers Forum (ERTF) has published a Fact sheet on the situation of Roma and Sinti in Macedonia.
The document highlights restricted access to education, employment and housing, as well as hatespeech and racism towards Roma. Furthermore, it explores key concerns such as ill-treatment of Roma by enforcement officials, the over-representation of Roma in schools for children with mental disabilities, and the low quality of healthcare for pregnant Roma women.
