HSP Xpert, the new platform launched by our partners FEANTSA and Housing Europe, has recently proposed to publish a collection of some of the most innovative and daring examples of housing solutions for the locked out in Europe.
The publication will cover a wide scope of solutions in different parts of the housing system e.g. innovative construction, social housing, mobilisation of private rental sector, activating vacant stock, community-led housing, innovative legal and financing mechanisms, cross-sectoral cooperation, emergence of new actors, eviction prevention, architectural and sociological projects, daring land policies, etc. The publication will also include examples of projects which have failed, so as to focus on the learning take-away.
