The Ecumenical Humanitarian Organisation with Swiss partners HEKS-EPER and SKAT have recently published “The Guide and Toolbox – Dweller Driven Upgrading of Roma settlements” and – “The Construction Manual for Dwellers”. This is the first ever Guide and Toolbox and Construction Manual of its kind in the Republic of Serbia and in the region. Authors of the Guide and Toolbox are Daniel Wyss, Skat Consulting Ltd, Switzerland and Robert Bu, EHO, Serbia. Author of the Construction Manual is Slađana Jovanović, EHO, Serbia, co-authors are Leo Meyer (HEKS), Anamaria Farago (ERHO) and Daniel Schwitter (SKAT).
