For more than a year and a half, Diakonia Latvia has been working in cooperation with the Riga Municipality to carry out the project “Mind and Do!”, which aims to motivate and help young people aged 15-29 to complete their studies, acquire new skills, prepare for job interviews, develop and promote healthy habits, discover their strengths and talents, and make new friends.

So far, they have already involved 22 young people in the project, who have participated in various courses and seminars. They also receive psychological support, career counselling, and personal development coaching. With the support of a mentor and a program manager, many youngsters have already found a job or (re)entered educational institutions.
