the face of a sad childFEANTSA has launched the 3rd edition of the “Ending Homelessness Awards“. The purpose of the awards is to identify and celebrate anti-homelessness initiatives which have been financed through relevant European Structural and Investment Funds.

The organisers are looking for projects and programmes that have used the European Social Fund, European Regional Development Fund, and/or the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived to tackle homelessness effectively between 2014 and 2020. They are interested in both projects (on-the-ground initiatives supported by the funds and run by beneficiaries) and programming initiatives (programmes or calls) that have made real difference on homelessness. The project/programme may have already ended or still be ongoing.

This 3rd edition aims to use best practice from the past seven-year funding period (Multiannual Financial Framework 2014-2020) to inspire Managing Authorities and stakeholders to make the most of the next seven years.

Applications must be submitted by the 28th of February. The jury will select the proposals early in 2021 and an award ceremony will follow in the first half of the year.
