Last Friday, Nicolas and Heather participated in the first day of its French members’s (Fédération de l’Entraide Protestante) Annual Days, dealing this year with the issue or integrated care and the notion of “care pathways”.
Participants reflected on how different professionals and organisations supporting people in poverty or with disabilities can better coordinate themselves to avoid gaps and ensure continuous care, as more and more people are confronted with chronic illnesses or faced with socioeconomic uncertainty due to the current social and economic crisis.
