A report from the meeting held in the European Parliament “Working towards a more inclusive and balanced European Semester: a model for civil society and trade union involvement” is now available. Hosted by the Greens/EFA Group, the discussion was co-organised by Eurodiaconia and CESI, The European Confederation of Independent Trade Unions.

Heather Roy presented Eurodiaconia’s members’ experiences and proposed actions that would improve stakeholder engagement in the process, which in turn should improve the quality of polices and ownership and therefore better outcomes for a smart, sustainable and inclusive EU.

For more information, the report can be found here.
